SOSA'26 Camera Ready Instructions

Your camera ready paper and copyright transfer agreement must be submitted via hotCRP on your submission's site. Open your paper's site and choose 'Edit'. There is now a field available for both the final version and the copyright transfer agreement. In case of questions or concerns, contact the PC chairs at sepehr@assadi.info and erot@itu.dk. Before you upload, please observe the following instructions carefully.
  1. Deadline
    The deadline for submitting your camera ready version and the copyright transfer agreement is October 21st, 2025, Anywhere On Earth. This is a hard deadline. We need to send these information to SIAM on October 22 the latest and need a short buffer for processing the files.

  2. Copyright Transfer Agreement Form (form is here: Copyright Form)
    The form must be submitted as a PDF and named 'SOSA26 Copyright Form - <Paper ID#>.pdf'.

  3. Final Papers
    Paper must be uploaded as a PDF and named 'SOSA26 Final Paper - <Paper ID#>.pdf'

  4. Formatting and Copyright Stamp
    Include the correct copyright stamp and align with the SINGLE COLUMN formatting guidelines posted at https://www.siam.org/publications/proceedings/. The correct year for the copyright stamp is 2026.

  5. Page Length
    There is no page length restriction for SOSA.
